Mohan is the founding partner of Singapore joint law venture Pinsent Masons MPillay LLP. He is jointly qualified in Singapore, and England and Wales, with over 30 years experience in advisory, commercial litigation and regional arbitration work, particularly in construction and engineering projects.

Matt specialises in construction and engineering disputes arising out of major projects. His practice encompasses all forms of dispute resolution and he is often involved in assisting clients develop and implement commercial strategies to control time and cost during the construction phase of major projects.
