Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons advised Clarios on its investment in Altris as part of the Series B1 financing round.
Pinsent Masons has advised Clarios on its investment in Swedish start-up Altris as part of a SEK 150 million Series B1 financing round. Clarios and Maersk Growth, another investor, are supporting Altris in the final realisation of its pilot production facility, which will enable the commercial production of sodium-ion cathode material for battery cells.
In this Series B1 round, Clarios and Maersk Growth join existing owners EIT InnoEnergy and Molindo as new investors. With these additions, Altris now has strategic investors covering its key target sectors of grid storage, low voltage automotive and maritime applications.
