Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has advised the shareholders of roda computer GmbH on the sale of their shares to the Swedish company MilDef Group AB (publ).
Pinsent Masons has advised the shareholders on the sale of their shares in roda computer GmbH to MilDef Germany Holding GmbH, a subsidiary of the Swedish listed Mildef Group AB (publ). The purchase price totals 80 million euros and is to be paid in cash and shares in Mildef Group AB (publ). In addition, an earn-out has been agreed if certain financial targets are met in the financial year 2024.
