All applications are screened to a pre-defined framework and shortlisted candidates will be contacted and invited to attend an interview with our local HR team in Madrid.
If you are successful following the 1st interview, you will then be invited to attend a subsequent interview with one of our Madrid office partners
Whatever the outcome, we’ll let you know the result after the interviews. If you meet our core capabilities and perform well throughout the interview process, we’ll offer you a summer internship position.

Yes, summer internship students are paid €1,000 per month. Salaries are reviewed annually.
The programme runs over a four-week period in the Madrid office and has two intakes of summer internship students, starting in June and July.
We’ll ask you to tell us your top three practice group preferences and we’ll do our best to place you in one of them. However, from time to time, it may be difficult to achieve this due to commercial reasons.
