Katie is a commercial litigator specialising in complex, high value disputes including ESG claims. Katie’s wider experience includes commercial contract disputes, shareholder claims, product liability disputes, defamation proceedings and advising on internal investigations and public inquiries, including the COVID inquiry. As a member of the firm’s mass claims working group, Katie has substantial experience of defending group proceedings. Katie is experienced in obtaining prohibitory and freezing injunctions. Katie has also executed and acted as supervising solicitor in the execution of search orders.
