These cases involve contract renegotiations, defective equipment, and claims for damages, requiring specific expertise in negotiation and litigation.

  • Representing a French company in legal matters related to the termination of contracts concluded by the company they are acquiring.

  • Representing French companies and their shareholders in a dispute against an independent renewable energy company based in Malta and its subsidiary. The dispute involves allegations that the creation of green energy solutions installer and construction companies would constitute a breach of French law.

  • Advising two companies on a fire incident in a wind turbine in early 2023. We assist with emergency and expertise proceedings to determine the fire’s origin, liabilities, necessary repairs, and losses incurred, involving both former and new maintenance companies.

  • Advising a Spanish company and its French subsidiary, specialising in the manufacture of contact lens cleaning products, in a dispute against their former agent who promoted their products in Algeria. The dispute arose from the termination of the agency contract.

  • Representing a major French civil engineering group in strategic disputes involving bond calls, contract terminations, defective equipment, and corporate acquisitions. These complex, cross-border matters carry significant financial and reputational risks, requiring expertise in negotiation, litigation, and coordination of criminal and restructuring proceedings.

  • Assisting a financial services firm with issues affecting a newly purchased building, including the fall of windbreaks and the mandatory installation of a protection net, which has caused significant prejudices to the company. We handle the resulting proceedings and expertise to address these issues comprehensively.
