With a working background in international recruitment, Rhys joined Pinsent Masons Vario as an Account Executive in 2017 before working up to Account Manager. Passionate about expanding opportunities for legal professionals to work flexibly, Rhys continues to play an important role in Vario’s international expansion, having undertaken secondments in Hong Kong and Dublin to launch and develop the Vario Flexible Services offering in those jurisdictions.
