Diana advises locally and internationally in the construction sector, acting on behalf of global contractors, both in court and under various international arbitration rules (including CIAMI and ICC). In addition, she regularly advises them on their day-to-day contractual relationships; their relationship with subcontractors and clients; and the review of contracts.
Diana is an Associate in the Construction Advisory & Disputes (CAD) department of Pinsent Masons Madrid. She completed her traineeship with the Public Law, Energy, and Infrastructure department, where she gained experience advising companies carrying out regulated activities in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. Currently, she is involved in the resolution of construction and engineering disputes.
