Paul is responsible for a range of practice development activities within the firm’s professional services and solutions teams. This includes supporting Client Contracts team with all aspects of commercial contracts best practices, business development, training, and knowledge sharing.
Paul is a senior lawyer with significant years of experience advising companies on all aspects of commercial transactions including drafting and negotiating a range of high-value complex commercial contracts and agreements. His experience covers several industry sectors including telecommunications, technology, commercial real estate, data centres, energy, and infrastructure.
Paul has a pragmatic and commercial approach to providing legal advice and is focused on working with the relevant stakeholders to achieve their objectives. He is a seasoned negotiator and is committed to applying the concept of principled negotiation to create a mutually satisfactory value for all parties at the negotiation table.
Paul joined Pinsent Masons having worked at CBRE as a Senior Legal Counsel and as a Legal Counsel at Vodafone and Telehouse. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inns and was called to the bar of England and Wales, as well as British Columbia, Canada.
