COVID-19 Risk Assessment

Pinsent Masons has undertaken a suitable and sufficient overarching risk assessment of its operations in respect of the COVID-19 pandemic. This has been reviewed at individual office level and guidance produced to enable a "COVID-19 secure workplace". The risk assessment process has allowed Pinsent Masons to:

• develop and share guidance across the Firm on controls in place
• take all reasonable steps to help people work from home
• take all reasonable steps to maintain social distancing requirements between people in the workplace 
• where people cannot maintain social distancing, have done everything reasonably practicable to manage transmission risk
• implement cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures
