International law firm Pinsent Masons has further enhanced its German real estate transaction practice with the appointment of Dr. Wolfram Pätzold as Partner in the firm's Munich office.
Dr. Pätzold is one of the leading real estate transaction lawyers in Germany and will strengthen the real estate transaction team, which is currently led by Jörn Fingerhuth. The team specialises on advising complex real estate transactions, financings, project developments as well as joint ventures.
Dr. Pätzold joins from P+P Pöllath + Partners where he was a Partner since 2011 and prior to that he was a Partner at Linklaters in Munich. His clients include various real estate funds and companies, and recently he advised Real I.S. AG on the sale of its Trinity portfolio.
Rainer Kreifels, Partner and Head of Germany at Pinsent Masons, comments: "Wolfram is another top-class lateral hire for Pinsent Masons. Our strong sector focus was a key factor in Wolframs decision to join. Expanding our real estate sector expertise is high on our agenda, firmwide as well as for the German practice."
Julia Stubert has also recently joined the team as a Senior Associate. She was a long-standing in-house lawyer at Stadtwerke München where her responsibilities included its real estate portfolio.

Following these appointments the German real estate transaction team consists of two Partners, one Senior Associate and three Associates.
