Mhairi advises debt providers, corporate borrowers and investors on a variety of financing transactions and projects, including on corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance and structured finance.
Max advises financial institutions, private equity sponsors, borrowers and management on mid-market leveraged and corporate finance products, financial restructurings and stressed/distressed positions. He has a particular focus on private debt.
Michel heads the Luxembourg office and leads the banking, finance & insurance practice in Luxembourg. He advises financial institutions, (re)insurance companies, asset managers, multinationals, SMEs, and HNWIs regarding insurance and reinsurance, bank lending, capital markets, structured finance transactions and regulatory.
Melanie specialises in commercial litigation and disputes, corporate and regulatory investigations, and related enforcement proceedings. Her areas of expertise include financial crime, fraud, bribery and corruption, tax, UK and EU sanctions and expert controls. Melanie also advises on compliance programmes for global organisations.
