Stuart has managed some of the department's most complex and novel commercial cases, in particular those with a financial markets aspect.

We instructed Stuart in a high-value three-party dispute, where he quickly showed his resourcefulness and determination in identifying and instructing a suitable expert witness after all other attempts had drawn a blank. Stuart’s tactical commercial thinking and cool-headed approach in some difficult meetings were invaluable, and he was able to predict accurately the approach the judge would take and the eventual outcome.
