Pinsent Masons has appointed Dr Anne Sammon as an Employment partner in its Employment and Reward group in London where she will focus on clients within the Financial Services sector.
Anne joins from Simmons & Simmons, where she has been for the last 8 years, and was a Managing Associate within the Employment team.
Anne's practice spans across a range of employment issues in both contentious and non-contentious matters. She has significant experience in tribunal and high-court litigation in areas including discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing. In addition, her PhD examined the adequacy of the existing UK parental rights regime in the workplace.
