Information about the restructuring of our business in Luxembourg: 

As of the 1st November 2024 we are now operating through the Luxembourg branch of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), namely Pinsent Masons Luxembourg LLP (New Entity).  The continuing use of our services means your consent that all your matters are now being dealt with by the New Entity taking over the current engagements.

This transition to an LLP (Pinsent Masons Luxembourg LLP) will not impact the services we provide.  Our contact details and place of business remain the same and the only change is the entity we are operating through.
