Nick’s practice focuses on trade and export finance and emerging markets across a number of jurisdictions. Based in London, his transactions span Europe, Africa, the Middle East as well as advising on US out-bound matters. Nick also brings substantial experience advising on ESG-related finance matters.
He joins from Baker McKenzie where he has practiced for almost two decades, and where he built the trade and export finance and emerging markets team into a market leading team and has led both the London and EMEA finance groups.

With his strong leadership skills, Nick will be key in responding to the growing demand from clients on more complex, high value finance matters.”
