I joined Pinsent Masons as an intern and was offered a full-time position. One standout feature of Pinsent Masons is its primary focus on the construction and infrastructure sector. This means that most of my daily work involves engaging with major contractors and participating in construction-related dispute resolutions, which can be factually intensive and technically challenging. I enjoy the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international arbitration, dispute adjudication board procedures, and other dispute-related work.

The experience at Pinsent Masons is truly international, often involving matters in different jurisdictions and collaboration with various offices on a single matter. The term “down-to-earth” perfectly captures my experience with the people and the work here. I have met patient and encouraging mentors and co-workers who are incredibly supportive, and for that, I am very grateful.
