Mindful Business Charter: how to work better together in a hybrid world

In this panel session, MBC advocates and representatives from signatory clients will share some of the ways that the MBC has successfully been embedded in their working lives, the challenges they still face and how they plan to continue their commitment to the charter in 2022. 

There is no doubt that a new year often brings the opportunity for reflection. Against the backdrop of unprecedented change as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and with hybrid working now firmly established in many workplaces, it seems the perfect time to turn to the Mindful Business Charter (MBC) and consider how its principles can help promote better ways of working and communication, whilst ensuring wellbeing remains firmly on our agendas.
