Over two sessions, the UK State Aid Law Association will explore the Subsidy Control Bill currently before Parliament.

The second session, to be hosted both in person (limited spaces available) and on-line with Pinsent Masons on Wednesday 1 December 2021, will consider transparency obligations, the CMA role/ministerial referrals, CAT enforcement/remedies and issues relating to devolution.
