Pinsent Masons' Insurance Team invites you to the next session of our Insurance Academy webinar series.

Hosted by Pinsent Masons' partners and senior lawyers, the Insurance Academy will provide training on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues to lawyers and others at our life and general (insurance and reinsurance) clients.

The Academy will provide both an introduction (or, for some, a refresher) into the legal framework in which insurance companies operate and a deeper dive into some topical issues. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during each session.

Ranging from investment policies that literally last a lifetime to fixed term non-investment cover, this session will look at the key aspects of distribution and compliance for life policies and the contrasting regulatory requirements for investment and protection insurance.
