Explain when a fair reason for dismissal is "some other substantial reason" (SOSR) such as to justify dismissal and the practical relevance of this based on real-life examples
State the scope for a claim of victimisation arising from a complaint of discrimination and how to minimise the risk of this when dealing with serial complainants
Consider whether there is scope to dismiss for SOSR when developing their strategy to respond to serial complainants, personality clashes and demands by third parties.
