One proposal includes the redevelopment of the 1.25 hectare Saint John Bosco College site at Victoria Drive to construct 110 new homes, comprising a mix of flats and houses, across a number of buildings ranging up to seven storeys in height.
The second proposal will see the 1.52 hectare Salesian College site at Surrey Lane be redeveloped to create new school facilities for the Saint John Bosco College as well as a community building and 102 new flats comprised across two buildings.
“The shortage of new homes in Central London is well known and we are looking forward to delivering more than 200 new homes at these two outstanding locations," said Lend Lease head of residential Richard Cook in a statement. "We believe that the people who buy and live in these new properties will experience for themselves exactly why Lend Lease is one of the most trusted names globally in property and construction.”
“Our aim is to become one of the leading residential developers in the capital and we shall be looking to partner with landowners in both the public and private sectors to bring forward more new homes for Londoners in the next few years,” Cook added.
