Alexandria is a disputes lawyer practising in complex construction matters with a focus on mixed-use residential developments as well as infrastructure projects. Her practice includes all forms of dispute resolution ranging from project advisory work all the way through to litigation.
Alexandria's practice spans all forms of dispute resolution, from project advisory to litigation in the Supreme Court of NSW, across sectors like real estate, health, and transport. Her experience has largely centred around commencing court proceedings under the Design and Building Practitioners Act and the Australian Consumer Law regarding building defects.
Notably, before joining Pinsent Masons, Alexandria worked on the high-profile 'Opal Tower' case which established a new statutory duty of care for building practitioners.
Additionally, Alexandria advises clients on contractual entitlements, mainly in the infrastructure sector, providing general advice and assisting with claims management including adjudications under NSW security of payment legislation.
