Amy works with large employers dealing with complex and multi day Tribunal litigation, managing large projects and she advises on all aspects of employment law. Amy has a particular specialism in disability, mental health and discrimination in the workplace.
Amy has worked with the firm since leaving university and is based in the Birmingham office. Amy advises on all aspects of employment law including advice on everyday HR and employee relations queries, supporting organisations with managing change, contract and policy review and strategic advisory work. Amy has particular experience in working with large employers dealing with complex and multi day Tribunal litigation. Amy specialises in equality law and specifically disability, mental health and discrimination in the workplace and is proud of her commitment to firm wide initiatives in relation to the wider inclusion and belonging agenda placing her in a unique position to support businesses with equality law and best practice.
