Amy is an Associate in the firm’s Construction Advisory and Disputes Practice in Dubai. She is qualified in Scotland and previously practiced in Scotland, assisting major contractors across a range of projects in the UK and latterly in the Middle East. She was involved in representing clients such as construction contractors and government bodies / statutory boards on dispute resolution proceedings for complex and high-value infrastructure projects. Amy’s experience acting on major infrastructure projects gives her an excellent understanding of what is required to successfully pursue, defend and enforce a contractors’ claims in litigation and arbitration.
