Benita is member of the firm's German dispute resolution team in Munich. Her practice covers the entire range of litigation and arbitration law - from out-of-court settlement negotiations, mediation proceedings and other alternative dispute resolution procedures to all aspects of court or arbitration proceedings.
Her focus particularly lies on commercial disputes as well as directors' and officers' liability, D&O proceedings, shareholder disputes and antitrust damages proceedings. She advises national and international clients as well as in cross-border proceedings.
