Chun Pin works within the Construction Advisory and Disputes team for the China Practice of Pinsent Masons and advises many international contractors in cross-border complex projects and ventures.
Chun Pin has worked in Singapore, Beijing, Dubai and Shanghai. Through his experience, he has gained an acute appreciation of cultural differences involved in multinational contracts. He bridges these differences and works closely with clients to investigate and provide solutions that strike at maximizing commercial gains during project execution.
In particular, Chun Pin has vast experience representing and advising clients in international contractual disputes involving formal arbitration proceedings under the auspices of the likes of HKIAC, LCIA, SIAC, ICC, DIFC-LCIA, SCC and ADCCAC (Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre). In parallel, Chun Pin provides project consultation, advisory work and training for different kinds of contract suites, with vast experience with FIDIC contract suites. Chun Pin is admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FICArb).
