Cynthia specializes in local and international arbitration with a focus on construction disputes in relation to large scale projects in Hong Kong and overseas.
Cynthia is an associate in the Construction Advisory and Disputes Group. She has assisted in high value domestic and international disputes in relation to large scale construction projects in Hong Kong, APAC and the Middle East, including arbitrations under the ICC and HKIAC rules and had extensive hands-on experience in handling various stages of an arbitration.
Prior to joining the legal profession, Cynthia worked in the arts and culture industry, specialising in fundraising, marketing and arts management.
Cynthia is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong. She obtained her JD and PCLL at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of British Columbia in Canada.
Cynthia is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
