Frauke is a senior associate and a member of the German Public, Regulatory & Trade Compliance team. As a lawyer in public procurement law, Frauke provides advice for both private entities and public bodies concerning the preparation and performance of (European) procurement procedures.
Frauke regularly advises and represents contracting entities and bidders in EU tender procedures and review proceedings in Germany and abroad. She has extensive experience in the IT industry and health care sector. Frauke also advises in the field of public private partnerships and privatisations. Furthermore, Frauke has specialised in EU-State Aid- and European Law. Frauke holds a doctorate in public procurement law and was awarded the International Public Procurement Award of forum vergabe e.V. in 2013. She also is author in two well-known commentaries of public procurement law.
