Hannah is a contentious intellectual property specialist with particular expertise in the life sciences sector. She provides strategic advice to clients on complex patent disputes, brand protection and trade mark, copyright and designs litigation.
Hannah plays a central role as the lead associate in several high-profile pharmaceutical patent cases before the Irish Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal. Her expertise extends to managing day-to-day operations in complex IP litigation, including patent disputes, trade mark infringement, and copyright licensing matters. She also advises clients on domain name dispute resolution and social media takedown requests.
Hannah provides critical pre-litigation and regulatory advice to her clients across a spectrum of industries and across all IP rights.
She holds a diploma in Intellectual Property and Technology from the Law Society of Ireland and is currently studying part-time at Oxford University on the Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice course.
