HollyAnn regularly advises energy and infrastructure contractors on contentious matters arising from major projects throughout Australia. She also advises on regulatory and contractual obligations relating to the Australian modern slavery legislation.
Qualified in Victoria and the Federal Court and High Court of Australia, HollyAnn has experience throughout Australia as well as overseas. HollyAnn’s extensive experience includes adjudication, large-scale arbitration, both domestic and international, and litigation. Recent projects that HollyAnn has been involved in include LNG processing facilities, road, rail, solar and wind farms, airports and other major infrastructure. HollyAnn has a particular focus on innovation, developing a number of internally used tools to help deliver client work as efficiently as possible.
HollyAnn leads Pinsent Masons’ Australian modern slavery practice, working cross-jurisdictionally with colleagues to service international clients and ensure that clients meet their regulatory obligations in this space in Australia.
