Mark has experience in all forms of dispute resolution, in particular, adjudication, litigation and mediation. He has significant experience of the Commercial Court of the Court of Session. Mark works with a wide variety of clients, including employers, contractors and sub-contractors. He has been involved in a number of major disputes involving roads and infrastructure projects, defects claims relating to a headquarters building, Facilities Management contracts and PFI matters.
