Marta is an Associate in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors department of Pinsent Masons Madrid. She has experience with both national and international clients in a wide range of matters related to administrative law and regulated sectors.
During her years of experience, Marta has advised and represented numerous companies and public sector entities in administrative proceedings of all kinds, including authorizations and permits, sanctioning procedures, subsidies, expropriations, urban planning and patrimonial responsibility for the Public Administrations.
Within her professional practice, she has actively participated in advising companies involved in real estate transactions related to urban and environmental matters, including, among others, sale and purchase transactions, sale & leaseback and leases, being involved in the preparation of due diligence processes and the drafting and negotiation of contracts. She also has experience in other sectoral proceedings such as those related to the sale and development of all types of renewable energy installations and has advised international clients on labelling and packaging, waste management and circular economy matters.
