Michael has assisted clients with matters in the Supreme Courts of Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, as well as the District Court of New South Wales, the Federal Court and arbitration. Michael has acted for clients in disputes including rail infrastructure, multi-storey residential apartment builds and the delivery of design and construction contracts on various projects. He advises clients on obligations imposed by statutory warranties, liability related to building work across multiple engineering disciplines including structural, mechanical and fire safety, and breach of contract in construction and commercial disputes.
