Nathalia advises multi-national and regional clients on all types of M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
Nathalia regularly advises regional and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings in the UAE and further afar. She is known for developing solutions to complex cross border corporate restructuring and M&A transactions. Her technical insights into the intricacies of UAE regulatory and compliance frameworks support clients in navigating the complex systems to best achieve their objectives.
She regularly drafts and negotiates sale and purchase agreements (both for share and asset sales), investment agreements and joint venture agreements. She is experienced in advising both buyers and sellers and her excellent commercial awareness assists clients in achieving their commercial objectives.
Her technical ability and project management skills have been recognised with her being awarded a Rising Star Award at the IFLR Middle East Awards.
Senior Associate
Lydia advises clients on complex construction and infrastructure disputes through all stages of disputes, with particular focus on arbitration and tiered dispute resolution mechanisms. Her work involves major project disputes, detailed contractual, and statutory analysis across rail, road, energy, and infrastructure sectors, including major PPP projects.
Managing Senior Associate
She is experienced in litigation and large-scale arbitration, both domestic and international, concerning complex issues of delay, disruption, variations and contract termination. Lauren also acts for clients during the project delivery phase. Recent projects Lauren has been involved in include windfarms, roads, pipelines and commercial developments.
