Nicola is a member of our TMT team and is an information law specialist. She advises domestic and international clients on data protection, ePrivacy, technology and commercial contracts.
Nick is a lawyer in the finance & projects team. He has extensive experience in advising on all stages of the project cycle for various types of infrastructure projects, including power plants (both conventional and renewable), roads, railways, metros and free trade zones. The majority of his projects are located in South Asia, Southeast Asia, Southern Africa, Eastern Africa and Middle-east.
Nicole is a Corporate Partner. She advises both listed and unlisted companies on all aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures, with a particular focus on the Industrials and Technology sectors.
Neil works across Social Housing Finance and Real Estate Finance and is particularly well known for advising financial institutions within these sectors. Neil has acted on a variety of transactions including “mega-mergers”, for-profit RP financings and SLL financings in the SHF sector.
