Sarah is a senior associate and professional support lawyer who has worked in practice for over seven years as a corporate lawyer, advising clients on a range of corporate issues with a particular focus on private company disposals and acquisitions and joint ventures.
In her role as professional support lawyer, Sarah is responsible for;keeping the team updated on changes in corporate law and market practice, creating and maintaining precedents and organising and delivering training to ensure that the lawyers in the team are fully-equipped with the necessary technical excellence and skills to deliver a commercial and efficient service to clients. Sarah is a member of "Networking for Know-how", a London-based network of corporate support lawyers who meet regularly to discuss developments in corporate law and issues generally within the professional support lawyer profession.
