    Advised Neo Next+ Energy Upstream UK Limited, the largest oil and gas producer in the UK North Sea, on its recommended £7.2 million acquisition of AIM-listed Deltic Energy Plc via a scheme of arrangement under the UK Takeover Code, including securing NSTA consent and delivering the transaction on an accelerated timetable.

    Advised Intact Financial Corporation on the acquisition of a 25% stake in Commercial Insurance Services Limited, an independent insurance broker. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and expected to complete in the coming months. This investment is part of Intact's ongoing strategy in the UK insurance distribution market following its acquisition of RSA Insurance Group in 2021.

    Advised Pension Insurance Corporation on its c.£200m acquisition of a stabilised Build to Rent asset in Reading, known as Ebb & Flow. The largest single site UK BTR transaction in 2026.

  • Pozitive Energy Limited

    Advised Pozitive Energy Limited, a renewable energy supplier, on UK corporation tax aspects of its intra-group arrangements.

  • Resilience Partners Fund II S.C.A., SICAR

    Advised Resilience Partners on the acquisition of EUDE Group, a South American education provider, supporting its strategy to invest in SMEs with strong growth potential, backed by the European Investment Fund, including tax structuring advice, and marking its third investment in EUDE since 2017.

  • DCC Management Services Limited

    Advised DCC plc on its €48m acquisition of UGI International LLC’s liquid gas businesses across Poland, Hungary, Czechia and Slovakia, adding 30,000 customers and significant infrastructure. The English law transaction involved four jurisdictions and expands DCC’s European energy footprint, following its recent acquisition of FLAGA GmbH.
