The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (DMCC) Act will start to be implemented in stages from as early as December 2024. With this in mind, the DMCC Digest webinar series will explore various key aspects of the new legislation.

The third session of this series will discuss the new digital markets competition regime established under the DMCC Act for large technology firms designated by the CMA as having Strategic Market Status (SMS).

We will discuss the CMA’s new functions and enforcement powers, as well as key areas of divergence from the EU Digital Markets Act.
