The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (DMCC) Act will start to be implemented in stages from as early as December 2024. With this in mind, the DMCC Digest webinar series will explore various key aspects of the new legislation.

Drawing on our experts’ experience of handling numerous CMA investigations, the fifth session of this series will cover the CMA’s new direct enforcement powers under the DMCC Act that elevate consumer law enforcement to the same status as competition law.

We will discuss key issues such as implementing effective compliance measures, identifying and addressing possible infringements, and engaging with the CMA during investigations and enforcement actions.

Who should attend?

The webinar series is suitable for in-house legal counsels, competition lawyers and General Counsels seeking to enhance their knowledge of the DMCC act.
