Francisco is an Associate in the Transport and Mobility department of Pinsent Masons. He has experience in providing legal advice to private companies and public entities in the areas of mobility, transport, infrastructure, pharmaceutical law and the health sector. He specialises in the regulated economic sectors and, in particular, in the transport sector. He provides strategic legal advice to public and private companies on transport, mobility and infrastructure matters, not only resolving specific issues or defending Pinsent Masons' clients in court, but also focuses on a comprehensive approach to specific projects, providing advice on the design and planning of such projects, as well as their development and, where appropriate, completion.
With this highly industry-focused approach, he advises on all relevant matters involved in projects, from institutional relations, administrative procedures and formalities and regulatory impact to the integration of innovative technological tools, among many others.
He is a graduate in Law from the Universidad San Pablo CEU, and has completed various legal consultancy programmes specialising in corporate legal consultancy at the Garrigues Study Centre, and international relations and diplomacy at Georgetown University in Washington DC. Before joining Pinsent Masons, he worked in the Public Law departments of Eversheds Sutherland Spain and in Healthcare & Life Sciences at Simmons & Simmons Spain.
