Lucía Valtueña Esteban

Lucía is an Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department at Pinsent Masons, Madrid office. She advises companies both nationally and internationally in civil and commercial litigation before the Spanish courts in matters related to contractual and non-contractual liability disputes, leases, corporate disputes, injunctive relief, advice on enforcement of judgments, as well as any other civil litigation matter. Likewise, the disputes in which she has been involved cover multiple sectors, from construction, energy, transport, food and health.

In addition, Lucía manages all types of judicial and extrajudicial agreements prior to the commencement of contentious actions with full negotiation of the matter, homologation of agreements before the competent court and enforcement of the same in the event of non-compliance.

Finally, Lucía has represented clients in insolvency proceedings before the Spanish courts, managing the proceedings in an integrated manner from the challenge of refinancing agreements to acquisitions of production units.
