Lucía advises companies both nationally and internationally in civil and commercial litigation before the Spanish courts in matters related to contractual and non-contractual liability disputes, leases, corporate disputes, injunctive relief, advice on enforcement of judgments, as well as any other civil litigation matter.

Lucía is an Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department at Pinsent Masons’ Madrid office. She has experience in civil and commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency, and bankruptcy law. Her practice focuses on representing clients in complex disputes, both nationally and internationally, providing a strategic and practical approach to each case.

Throughout her career, she has assisted companies and individuals in all phases of legal proceedings: from the initial analysis of the dispute and the definition of the procedural strategy, to the preparation of pleadings, the management of evidence and the defence in court. She has also been involved in restructuring and insolvency proceedings, advising in critical situations and offering legal solutions tailored to the needs of each client.

She has worked in sectors such as construction, pharmaceuticals, transport and energy, which has allowed her to acquire a broad and cross-cutting view of the conflicts affecting different industries and to provide solutions tailored to each business context.
