Her recent experience has focused on both social and linear infrastructure projects around Australia, including Melbourne Metro (VIC), North East Link (VIC), the Prison Infill Expansion Program (VIC), New Royal Adelaide Hospital (SA), the Suburban Roads Upgrade Project (VIC), Victoria Cross Station - Sydney Metro (NSW), NorthConnex Project (NSW) and Social and Affordable Housing Fund Phase II Project (NSW).
Maritza's experience includes advising clients on a range of procurement methods and she has developed a strong familiarity with drafting and adapting the suite of Australian Standards, as well as other forms of D&Cs, O&Ms, EPCs and similar bespoke construct and operations contracts to meet clients' needs.
