She has experience on all stages of the energy sector providing national and international clients with legal advice on corporate, financing, restructuring, M&A, and on the drafting of negotiation of EPC, O&M, PPA and real state agreements for the energy sector which includes photovoltaic, wind (onshore and offshore), hydrogen and waste facilities and has also advised clients on their ordinary course of business and corporate transactions.
Before joining Pinsent Masons Marta worked for different international law firms based in Madrid and performed a secondment in a listed company in the renewable energy sector.
