Sarah Boukortt

Sarah is a graduate of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas in business and corporate law. She joined Pinsent Masons in 2023, having previously worked for a French law firm specializing in corporate law, particularly in the context of acquisitions, disposals of companies, and fundraising.

At Pinsent Masons, Sarah provides legal assistance to international companies, especially in Francophone Sub-Saharan Africa. She is involved at both the project structuring stage—advising on the choice of the legal form of the business considering regulatory requirements, foreign exchange regulations, and corporate governance—and at the implementation stage, which includes setting up branches and joint ventures, and establishing local entities.
