Sarah has a broad range of experience acting on real estate finance deals, dealing with investment and development transactions and advising universities on student accommodation agreements. Sarah is currently seconded to Property ADT focussing on innovative delivery of legal services.
Sarah has regularly acted for lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate finance transactions, negotiating certificates of title and dealing with property conditions precedent. Sarah has represented various institutional investors and corporate occupiers in dealing with all aspects of asset management work, including lease negotiation, acquisitions and disposals and has worked in cross disciplinary teams dealing with corporate support work and property aspects of restructuring deals. Sarah particularly specialises in advising universities on their student accommodation agreements. Alongside her investment work, Sarah has acted for public sector clients on development transactions and has advised landowners/promoters on negotiation of promotion agreements.
Sarah’s role in Property ADT focuses on innovative delivery of legal services within the property context. This includes advising on the internal development and procurement of third-party products and solutions to benefit real estate clients and identifying ways to streamline processes, especially in connection with large scale transactions.
