Sean is an experienced construction lawyer. He advises developers, tier 1 and 2 contractors and specialist subcontractors and suppliers on all types of infrastructure, rollingstock, mass transport, roads, renewable energy and water projects.
Sean has experience acting for Principals, Developers and Contractors on a diverse range of construction projects. His years in as inhouse counsel for a tier 1 Australian Contractor provide him with a unique insight into the commercial and operational requirements of his clients.
Sean is familiar with various types of procurement including EPC, D&C, supply and install, consultancy, facilities maintenance and operation & maintenance contracts. Sean also has experience in advising on various project delivery issues.
