Thabiso has gained valuable experience in Construction, Mining, and Engineering law. He possesses a working knowledge of standard forms of construction and engineering contracts, including FIDIC Red 1999, JBCC 2018, and NEC3. A notable career achievement includes being part of the team representing the Contractor in various arbitrations, such as the biggest retail Revamp Project, Swaziland’s Irrigation Project II, a railway construction project, E.O.T disputes on both Rustenburg Mine, and Grootegeluk Mine.
