Senior Associate
Simona is a member of the German Public, Regulatory & Trade Compliance team. She advises the public sector on complex procurement procedures as well as on the structuring of public-private partnerships and public-public cooperations in the IT, logistics and energy sectors.
She also advises private companies when participating in procurement procedures with regard to contractual, public procurement and public pricing aspects. In the course of her consulting activities, she draws on in-depth expertise in the fields of product safety (REACH, WEEE etc.), German state law, (renewable) energy law and public pricing regulations.
